This document sets the general terms of use (the "Terms") for using the GuardiumX platform. It governs the rights and obligations between you as a user and the platform operator. Please read these Terms carefully and in full before using the platform, opening an account or making transactions. They form the legal basis of use and are binding on both parties.
By registering, logging in, using the provided features or performing other activities on GuardiumX, you expressly and fully accept these Terms. Use of GuardiumX is permitted only for adults legally capable of business (18+). Minors or persons without full legal capacity may not use the platform. If we suspect violation of the age requirement, we reserve the right to block, restrict or delete accounts.
The operation of the platform may experience temporary technical interruptions, maintenance windows, updates or outages – for example due to market volatility, high server load or external events. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features, algorithms, fee models or available markets (stocks, cryptocurrencies etc.) may be expanded, modified, limited or discontinued at any time without claims against GuardiumX.
All platform content – including texts, graphics, designs, software, algorithms, trademarks, logos and AI analyses – is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights and is owned by GuardiumX or licensors. Any reproduction, distribution, public display or commercial use without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may lead to civil and criminal penalties.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information you provide (e.g. identity data, contact details, payment information) is correct, complete and up to date. Incorrect or misleading information may result in account suspension, withholding of withdrawals or legal measures. Your personal data is processed only in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements. We apply high standards of data security and transparency.
All investment and trading decisions you make via GuardiumX – whether manual or via AI automation – are entirely your responsibility and at your own risk. GuardiumX provides technical infrastructure but does not provide personal investment advice, recommendations or guarantees of profit. Financial markets (including stocks and cryptocurrencies) can be highly volatile and carry the risk of total loss of invested capital. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Invest only funds you can afford to lose.
We reserve the right to update or supplement these Terms at any time – for example due to legal changes, technical developments or new market requirements. We will inform you of adjustments in good time (usually at least 14 days in advance) by email, platform messages or via our website. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. For material changes you are free to close your account.
